We are currently working on updating our online payment method and are only able to process payments on site when you arrive at one of the clinics. We are sorry for the inconvenience.  

Medcare Center accepts most insurances, but we also accept check, credit card or cash. We are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt for submission to a flexible spending or health savings account. 

For a copy of an EOB (Explanation of Benefits), you can log into the patient portal or on your own insurance company’s website to view detailed charges or email us at accountsupport@mymedcarecleveland.com.

If you do not already have a patient portal account, you will need to email us for your activation code at  accountsupport@mymedcarecleveland.com.

We also offer additional options for patients who need help paying their bill by arranging payment plans to suit your needs. Schedule a call back appointment to speak to our staff. 

Medcare Center patients can pay their bill online through the patient portal, by phone, by mail, in-person at  Medcare Center  locations, or by clicking “Make a payment now”. If you decide to pay by phone, make sure you have your account number ready. Call now, 440-409-6696.
